GreenBackend.com, a brand of Ahmad Naser Turnkey Solutions LLC, is committed to protecting any personal data we collect about you. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Policy explains what personal information we collect, how and when we use or share it, where it is stored, and what choices you have regarding your data. We encourage you to read this Policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

1. Who We Are

GreenBackend.com is a brand and operating unit of Ahmad Naser Turnkey Solutions LLC, providing cloud-based solutions including web hosting, domain name registration, development services, and educational technology products to businesses, individuals, non-profit organizations, and others worldwide.

Ahmad Naser Turnkey Solutions LLC operates a portfolio of technology and education brands, including GreenBackend.com (web hosting, development, and infrastructure) and AnbilArabi.com (Arabic-language programming education). The parent company holds overall legal and operational responsibility for the Services provided under the GreenBackend name.

For all privacy-related inquiries, you may contact us using the details in Section 13 of this Policy.

2. Information Collected

We collect the following categories of information to provide you with our products and services, and for the purposes described in this Policy. Information may be collected via automated means (such as cookies and communication profiles) as well as directly from you.

Personal Information

The personal information we collect depends on the type of service, support, or sales inquiry, and may include:

  • Full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address
  • Dates, types, and history of services provided
  • Payment history, manner of payment, payment amounts, and dates of payment
  • Domain name(s) registered through our platform
  • Credit card or other payment information (used solely for billing purposes and forwarded securely to your payment provider where applicable)
  • Government-issued identification where required for verification on certain orders (e.g., dedicated server purchases)
Financial information is used solely to bill you for purchased products and services. All sensitive data is transmitted over encrypted, secure connections (SSL/TLS). A security indicator will appear in your browser when such transmissions occur.

Log Files and Technical Data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you access our Services, including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used to analyze trends, administer our servers, monitor access, and gather aggregate demographic information. IP addresses are not routinely linked to personally identifiable information, though such a link may occur as a normal function of IP address logging.

Customer Survey Data

We may periodically conduct voluntary customer surveys. Participation is entirely optional. Any personal information provided in surveys will remain confidential, even if the survey is conducted by a third-party provider on our behalf.

Social Media Features

Our website may include social media features (such as Facebook “Like” or share buttons). These features may collect your IP address, the page you are visiting, and may set a cookie to function properly. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the respective social media platform โ€” not by this Policy.

Third-Party Hosted Websites

This Privacy Policy does not apply to data or personal information submitted to or collected by third-party websites hosted on GreenBackend’s infrastructure, or to domain names registered by GreenBackend on your behalf. Those websites and domains are not owned or controlled by GreenBackend. You should independently review the privacy policies of any third-party websites before submitting personal data to them.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our website, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser that allows our website to recognize your session or account.

We may also use pixel tags and cookies within marketing emails to measure advertising effectiveness and personalize communications. We may use third-party email service providers for this purpose.

You can reject or disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may impact certain functionality on the GreenBackend.com website.

4. Information Use

  • Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, conduct surveys, and improve our platform and customer experience.
  • Aggregate Reporting: To generate non-identifying, aggregated profiles for advertising and business intelligence purposes. This data cannot be used to identify any individual.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse of our services.
  • Legal Compliance: To meet applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

5. Disclosing Information

Partners, Sponsors, and Corporate Family

Some of our products or services are offered in conjunction with partners, sponsors, or other brands within the Ahmad Naser Turnkey Solutions LLC corporate family. We may share your information with these parties solely to deliver the relevant product or service. We only share information with third parties who agree to maintain confidentiality and use it solely for the agreed purpose.

Service Providers

We may transfer your personal information to trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our business โ€” for example, payment processors, survey platforms, or email delivery services. These providers are given only the information necessary to perform their functions and are not authorized to use it for any other purpose. Service providers may process your data in the United States, United Kingdom, Lithuania (EU), or other jurisdictions.

Online Advertising

We do not share personally identifiable information about individual customers with advertisers. We may share aggregated, non-identifying data with advertisers to deliver targeted advertising based on general audience characteristics (e.g., age range or general interest). No individual is identifiable from this data.

Domain Registration (WHOIS)

In certain jurisdictions, and pursuant to ICANN rules, domain registration contact information (“WHOIS data”) must be made publicly available through WHOIS lookup databases. This data includes registrant name, contact information, name servers, and registration/expiry dates. GreenBackend does not control how third parties use publicly accessible WHOIS data. ICANN may also require us to provide bulk WHOIS access to qualifying third parties. Individual registrants may opt out of bulk access via their account management panel; however, businesses and organizations cannot opt out under current ICANN rules. We may also deposit domain registration data with a third-party escrow provider as required by ICANN.

Legal Disclosure

We may access, preserve, and disclose your information to law enforcement agencies, governmental entities, or other parties if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is required by law or is necessary to:

  • Respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes;
  • Establish, exercise, or defend GreenBackend’s legal rights;
  • Investigate or prevent suspected fraud, abuse, or illegal activity;
  • Prevent death or serious physical harm to any person;
  • Investigate violations of this Agreement or our Terms of Service.
